Processing Time

After payment is received, we prepare your order for shipment within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times, counted from the date of shipment, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays:

• Germany: 5-8 business days (standard) - 3-5 business days (express)
• Austria and other EU countries: 7-12 business days (standard) - 4-7 business days (express)
• Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and weight, and are shown clearly before you complete your order. Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value, which is shown in the store at the time of your order. The conditions displayed in the store at the time of your order apply.

Order Tracking

With the shipping confirmation you receive a tracking number and a link you can use to follow your delivery at any time. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international shipments.

Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import charges may apply. Whether these are already included in the purchase price is shown to you before you complete your order. Any charges not included are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Shipments

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or after failed delivery attempts, a fee may apply for reshipping. Your statutory right to cancel is not affected by this.
