Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel, explained on our Cancellation & Returns page.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at kontakt@provatt.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached.
- Ship to the return address we provide. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We offer a free exchange for a size or colour issue (one exchange per order). To request an exchange, follow the return process above and specify the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
