1. Scope and General Principles
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations for purchases made through the Goal Nations website.
This policy applies exclusively to individual consumers purchasing for personal use, not for commercial or resale purposes.
2. Return Window (14 Days)
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us at contact@goalnations.com and provide:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Date of delivery
Once the return request is approved, the customer has an additional 14 days to ship the item back.
3. Return Process
To request a return, send an email to contact@goalnations.com with the subject:
“Return Request – Order [ORDER NUMBER]”
Include the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned
- Delivery date
- Reason for return (optional)
Within 3 business days, Goal Nations will provide return instructions and the return address.
Customers must use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of shipment until the refund is completed.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Not worn or damaged beyond basic inspection
- Returned in original packaging
If the item shows signs of excessive use or damage, Goal Nations reserves the right to apply a partial refund based on loss of value.
5. Return Shipping & Refunds
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- Defective product
- Damaged item upon arrival
- Shipping error caused by Goal Nations
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after:
- The returned item is received and inspected, or
- Proof of return shipment is provided
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed items opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact contact@goalnations.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
After verification, Goal Nations will cover all costs and offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
8. Refund Reduction or Refusal
Goal Nations reserves the right to reduce or deny refunds if:
- Return instructions are not followed (no tracking, improper packaging, etc.)
- The item is damaged due to misuse or negligence
- The returned item does not meet the required conditions
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Goal Nations is at fault.
9. Processing Times
- Return request response: within 3 business days
- Refund processing: within 14 days after inspection
