Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item of your order.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) sent to:

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (except for any additional cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to apparel made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Voluntary 30-Day Return
In addition to your statutory right to cancel, we offer a voluntary return right of 30 days from receipt of the goods, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected or limited by this.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the amount within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund not received? If the credit has not appeared in your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the problem persists, write to us at kontakt@provatt.com.
